Hiring Business Development Manager

Melasti Beach, Ungasan – Bali

Our Client, a Bali-based property development company specializing in high-quality residential projects for domestic and international buyers, is seeking a Business Development Manager to manage and grow relationships with property agents and referral partners while supporting the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with property agents and referral partners

  • Act as the main point of contact for agents representing company projects

  • Support agent-led buyer visits, site inspections, and on-site presentations

  • Distribute and explain sales materials, pricing, availability, and project updates

  • Assist in progressing enquiries through to transaction

  • Maintain organised records of agent activity and sales pipeline

Requirements:

  • Indonesian citizen, based in or willing to commute to Ungasan

  • Experience in real estate sales, business development, or agent management

  • Strong written and spoken English

  • Professional, confident, and well-presented

  • Organised, proactive, and commercially minded
