Odoo Developer
to strengthen our in-house ERP team.

Role Overview
As a Odoo Developer, you will assist in the development, customization, and integration of Odoo ERP modules. You will also help ensure stable system operation and work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize Odoo modules based on user requirements.
  • Build integrations between Odoo and other internal systems using Java and PL/SQL.
  • Collaborate with analysts and testers in an Agile Scrum team.
  • Use
    Jira
    to manage tasks, sprints, and issue tracking.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code (Python, XML, Java).
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Troubleshoot and fix bugs or system issues.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Proficiency in
Java
programming (mandatory).

Strong command of
PL/SQL
for database operations (Oracle/PostgreSQL).

Familiarity with Odoo (ORM, QWeb, XML) and Python development.

Experience using
Jira
for task and project management.

Understanding of
Scrum/Agile
development methodologies.

Good analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Hands-on experience in Odoo ERP implementation.
  • Knowledge of business processes (Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting).
  • Comfortable working in Linux server environments.
