Head Host

About the Role, as the Head Host at Atlas Beach Club, you will be the face of our guest experience — leading the hosting team to deliver warm welcomes, smooth guest flow, and exceptional service. You'll ensure every guest feels valued from arrival to departure, creating unforgettable moments that reflect the Atlas spirit.

• Lead and supervise the host team to ensure efficient guest seating and smooth service flow.
• Greet and engage guests with professionalism, confidence, and genuine hospitality.
• Coordinate with Floor Supervisors and the Reservation team to manage guest lists, table allocations, and special requests.
• Maintain strong floor awareness to support guest satisfaction and service consistency.
• Handle VIP guests, complaints, and on-the-spot problem-solving with a positive attitude.
• Train, motivate, and evaluate host staff to ensure high performance and brand standards.
• Ensure the host area and guest entry points are always organized, presentable, and aligned with Atlas standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing and event teams for special occasions and promotional activities.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Head Host / Senior Host / Guest Relations role in high-volume venues, luxury restaurants, or beach clubs.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Confident, well-groomed, and able to represent the Atlas Beach Club image.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask under pressure.
• Proficient in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Energetic, people-oriented, and passionate about hospitality.
