We're Hiring a Data Strategy Analyst
We are seeking a
Data Strategy Analyst
to drive the company's data and analytics agenda, enabling data-driven decision-making across strategic transformation programs. This role connects business strategy with data execution by identifying high-impact use cases, defining KPI frameworks, and shaping analytics roadmaps that directly support executive-level priorities. Working cross-functionally with Strategy, IT/Data, and key business units, this position ensures measurable impact on revenue, cost, efficiency, and risk.

Head Office, South Jakarta

Reporting Line:
This position reports directly to the Sr. Strategy & Transformation Manager

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Management, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or other quantitative fields.
  • Having 5-7 years of working experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Strategy, Corporate Transformation, or similar roles.
  • Industry experience in Consulting, Manufacturing, and Technology.
  • Strong track record delivering data-driven insights influencing business decisions.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with business units, IT/Data teams, and senior leadership.
  • Certifications preferred: Data Analytics (Microsoft, Google, Tableau), Project Management (PMP/PRINCE2), Business Analytics.
  • Skilled in SQL, BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), KPI design, and analytical storytelling.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Strategy & Transformation to embed data and analytics into major business initiatives.
  • Identify, prioritize, and build business cases for high-impact data use cases.
  • Define strategic KPI frameworks and ensure alignment with executive dashboards.
  • Translate business needs into technical data requirements and collaborate with IT/Data teams.
  • Develop clear insights, dashboards, and data stories to support executive decision-making.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of analytics initiatives.
  • Support data governance, quality standards, and data literacy efforts across the organization.
  • Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and performance updates.
