Qualifications:

  7. Able to handle Environmental, Industrial Estate, Manpower, Recruitment, and Legal issue

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and execute short-term and long-term HR strategies that support the company's vision
  2. Lead and develop the HRGA team to achieve efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  3. Manage the entire HR lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, training, performance appraisals, and talent management
  4. Oversee the administration of payroll, benefits, and compensation systems with accuracy and full compliance
  5. Develop and update HR policies in accordance with Indonesian labor regulations
  6. Manage the General Affairs area: company facilities, security, assets, and permits
  7. Actively participate as a strategic partner to the Directors in organizational transformation and the development of a professional work culture.
