Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Research and Development Specialist based in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The responsibilities include conducting research, developing innovative products, and improving existing products and processes to enhance company competitiveness. The role involves working in a team setting, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project goals. Additionally, the specialist will be expected to use laboratory equipment and techniques to test, analyze, and optimize product performance, ensuring all industry compliance requirements are met.

Qualifications

  • Strong capabilities in Research and Development (R&D) and Research
  • Excellent Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making
  • Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal collaboration and reporting
  • Proficiency in Laboratory Skills related to product testing and analysis
  • Experience in project management and problem-solving abilities is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field such as Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Food Technology
  • Familiarity with industry standards and certifications such as HACCP, Kosher, or Halal is desirable
  • A proactive and innovative mindset, with a keen eye for detail
