Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in managing customer-facing products, preferably with a fintech / B2B background with a strong understanding of data, analytics, and UX
  • Experienced in performing experimentation and driving product discovery processes
  • Experience working closely with business, UI/UX, engineering, and research teams to deliver features and products end-to-end
  • Experience in business stakeholder management
  • Confident communicator with high proficiency in written and spoken communication (both in Bahasa Indonesia and English)
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to critically identify problems early in the process
  • Self-starter with strong project management skills to ensure strong execution and follow-through
  • Familiar with API products and how they work
  • A degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) fields is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • As part of the Product team, research, analyze, and define the product vision and execute on the prioritized roadmap for your product area
  • Understand user pain points, gather inputs from multiple sources including potential customers, and connect them with business objectives to generate a product vision that will help BRICK better solve customer needs
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining internal dashboards and client dashboards across all BRICK products
  • Responsible for Developer Dashboard, Client Onboarding experience, Product integration, and Product Documentation
    , including identifying areas for optimization and continuous improvement
  • Work with UX and Design teams to produce high-quality, pixel-perfect work and delightful interactions
  • Define clear and well-scoped Product Requirements Documents (PRD) that are easily understood by both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Set product prioritization, monitor, and coordinate the product development process with a team of engineers and designers to ship high-quality products
  • Build relationships with stakeholders across BRICK including partnership, sales, and marketing teams
  • Manage go-to-market for new products, including messaging and launch plans
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement across product features, workflows, and user experience
