Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related fields.
  • Certifications in Power BI, Tableau, or AWS data/analytics are a strong plus.
  • 3–6 years of experience as a BI Developer, Data Analyst, or similar role.
  • Fluent in SQL with experience optimizing queries for AWS Redshift.
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling techniques (dimensional, star schema, snowflake).
  • Proven hands-on experience with Power BI and/or Tableau (DAX, measures, calculated fields, advanced visualizations).
  • Ability to perform deep-dive data analysis and present findings in a business-friendly manner.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand diverse BU processes.
  • 6 months contract renewable

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions using Power BI and Tableau.
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries on AWS Redshift to support analytics and dashboards.
  • Build data models (star schema, dimensional modeling) to support business reporting needs.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure clean and reliable datasets for BI use cases.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and business opportunities.
  • Work with stakeholders across business units to translate requirements into effective dashboards and reports.
  • Ensure BI solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with organizational standards.
  • Support self-service BI adoption by building reusable datasets, measures, and documentation.
