Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the buying and merchandising strategy for the snack and biscuit categories
  • Liaise with suppliers to negotiate favourable terms, secure the best products and manage all commercial agreements
  • Analyse sales data and consumer trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
  • Plan and execute effective promotional campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the in-store and online shopping experience

Requirement:

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Experienced minimal 5 years as a Buyer Dry Food from hypermarket class retail industry.
  • Shown "Can do Attitude", good interpersonal skill, analytical thinking, result oriented, composure under pressure and has business insight.
  • Negotiation skill and ability to build effective communication skill to maintain working relations with agencies, suppliers and vendors.
  • Ability to work under diverse and simultaneous demands in Retail environment.
  • Proficiency in English – both in verbal and written.
  • Placement: Head Office Ciracas, Jakarta Timur.
