This role is expected to be able to provide professional legal services and support in day-to-day legal operations closely. The incumbent must be comfortable with in-house work and is able to work in a fast-paced environment. He/ she must have completed pupillage and called to the Bar.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To do legal drafting and contract review tasks in the day-to-day operations of the Companies.
  • To liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties as and when required.
  • To provide day-to-day administrative and house-keeping support to the Legal Department.
  • To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS

REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCES:-

  • Possess LLB and called to the Bar.
  • At least six (6) years of legal drafting and document reviewing experience, preferably three (3) years post-qualification experience in a law firm as part of a corporate team.
  • Good command of English, both orally and in writing.
  • Competent and has the ability to perform.
  • Independent and able to deliver quality work with minimal supervision.
  • Good common sense and able to exercise good judgment in every situation.
  • Detail-orientated and meticulous in his/her work.
  • Responsible and have professional attitude towards in-house work.
  • Willing to try and eager to learn.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willing to work from office in Tangerang, Banten
