Responsibilities:

•   Prepare and administer legal opinion, legal advisory, and interpretation services to management and employees to ensure statutory compliance with existing law and regulatory requirements

•   Prepare and review agreements and other legal document, contractual drafting

•   Handle and administer the company's license, permit and handling OSS

•   Support the Human Resource Department in Industrial Relations aspects

Requirements:

•   Bachelor's Degree/Master Degree in law with reputable University

•   Minimum 1+ years as a legal staff in the FMCG/pharmaceutical industry/consumer health care industry

•   In-depth knowledge of regulatory law and legal aspects 

•   Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both oral and writing. Korea is a plus

•   Have good analytical thinking, interpersonal communication, developing & maintaining relationships

•   Well organized, detail oriented, fast learner, adaptable, and willing to work on site

•   Pass-photo is required, applicants must attached proper pass photo in the CV
