Key Responsibilities

1. Training Needs Analysis (TNA)

· Identify training needs based on:

o Performance appraisal results.

o Department/division requirements.

o Regulatory changes, technological advancements, and operational business needs.

· Develop annual training plans and calendars.

· Propose training budgets aligned with business priorities.

2. Training Program Design & Implementation

· Develop training curriculum, materials, modules, SOPs, and internal guidelines.

· Organize and coordinate both internal and external training programs.

· Ensure smooth execution of training sessions (scheduling, materials, participants, facilities, vendors).

· Act as trainer/facilitator for basic training or selected soft skills sessions.

3. Training Evaluation & Monitoring

· Evaluate training effectiveness (pre-test, post-test, participant feedback).

· Measure the impact of training on individual and organizational performance.

· Prepare and present regular training reports to management.

· Continuously improve training programs based on evaluation results.

4. Employee Development & Career Growth

· Support management in developing career path programs for all job levels.

· Manage talent management and succession planning initiatives.

· Build and develop the company's talent pool of potential future leaders.

· Provide basic coaching/mentoring for employees in need of guidance.

5. Training & Development Administration

· Maintain and manage the training database (participants, materials, certificates, costs, vendors).

· Archive training documentation systematically and accurately.

· Prepare training activity reports (monthly, quarterly, annually).

· Ensure training compliance with ISO standards and other relevant certifications.

6. Collaboration & HR Support

· Collaborate with the HR team on employee engagement, new hire orientation, and culture-building initiatives.

· Support the Performance Management process by providing input related to employee competencies and development.

· Provide recommendations to management on short-term and long-term HR development strategies.

Qualifications

Education:

· Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.

· HR/Training certifications are an added advantage.

Experience:

· Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Training & Development, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, logistics, or retail industries.

· Proven experience in developing competency-based training modules and managing employee development programs.

Skills & Competencies:

· Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.

· Ability to manage training sessions with diverse participants.

· Proficient in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA).

· Skilled in using MS Office and e-learning tools.

· Solid understanding of food manufacturing processes, cold chain distribution, and retail operations.
