Job Title: Guest Relations Officer (GRO)

Job Description / Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome all guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly attitude.
  • Assist with seating arrangements and make sure guests are comfortable.
  • Promote the lounge by building relationships and encouraging repeat visits.
  • Take guest contact details and follow up to invite them back to the venue.
  • Handle guest reservations and ensure smooth coordination with service staff.
  • Entertain and engage guests to create a positive and lively environment.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and represent the lounge brand at all times.
  • Support the team with any other front-of-house or promotional duties as required.

Requirements
  • Female, aged 21–28 years old (preferred).
  • Friendly, well-spoken, confident, and energetic personality.
  • Previous experience as a Host or GRO is beneficial but not required — training provided.
  • Comfortable working in a nightlife/lounge environment.
  • Able to work 6 days per week, from 10:00 PM – 4:00 AM (with 1-hour break).
  • Must be reliable, responsible, and have good communication skills.

Benefits & Compensation
  • Basic salary: IDR 3,500,000 per month. (bonus salary comes from tips and comissions)

  • Commissions:

  • 5% on table bills and guest bookings.

  • IDR 20,000 cocktail commission.
  • Tips: Large potential earnings from guest tips.
  • Staff facilities: Dressing and makeup room provided.
  • Accomodation provided - 5 minutes from venue
