About the role

We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing professional to join our dynamic team at Pusat Otomotif Indonesia. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving the online marketing strategy and execution, with a focus on search engine optimisation, social media, and digital advertising. Based in Tangerang, Banten, this position will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand's digital presence and driving customer engagement.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation
  2. Optimise website content and structure to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic
  3. Create and manage engaging social media content across multiple platforms to build a strong online community
  4. Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns, including paid search, display, and social media ads
  5. Analyse website analytics, campaign performance, and customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand messaging across all digital channels
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital media, or a related field
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns
  3. Proficiency in search engine optimisation (SEO), social media marketing, and digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  5. Strong creativity and copywriting skills to develop engaging and compelling content
  6. Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and content management systems (e.g. WordPress)
  7. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
