We're looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team as a Marketing Communications Officer for placement in Medan, North Sumatra, Indonesia.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing communication strategies to promote the company products, services, and brand.
  • Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, email campaigns, blogs, press releases, and other marketing materials.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify target audiences and refine communication approaches.
  • Monitor and measure the performance of marketing communication campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • Manage the organization's social media presence, engaging with followers, and developing strategies to increase online engagement.
  • Manage and handling brand partnerships & collaborations related with company purpose's
  • Organize and support the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
  • Assist in the development of marketing budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring cost-effective campaigns.
  • Build & maintain a good connections and good relations with Brand Partners
  • Stay updated on the latest marketing and communication trends and best practices, incorporating innovative approaches into strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing communications, brand management, or a related field. (Minimum 2 years of experience, depending on the seniority of the position.)
  • Experienced in handling Partnerships and Collaborations with Brands
  • Familiar with B2B and B2C
  • Exceptional writing skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
  • Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS), email marketing tools, and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally, effectively communicating with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing communication strategies.
  • A positive and proactive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Fluent oral and written English language skills is a plus.
