Role Description

As a Junior Audit Associate, you will be an integral member of engagement teams responsible for delivering high-quality audit services to our clients. You will work under the supervision of senior team members while gaining exposure to diverse industries and complex audit matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the execution of
    financial statement audits
    in accordance with applicable auditing standards
  • Perform audit procedures, including
    testing of accounts and transactions
  • Analyze financial information and supporting documentation to identify risks and inconsistencies
  • Prepare clear, accurate, and well-documented
    audit working papers
  • Ensure compliance with
    accounting standards, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Communicate audit findings and issues to senior team members in a timely manner
  • Collaborate effectively with engagement teams and maintain professional relationships with clients

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Accounting
  • Solid understanding of
    financial statements and accounting principles
  • Basic knowledge of
    auditing standards and audit methodologies
  • Prior audit experience (internship or full-time) is highly preferred
  • Strong
    analytical and critical thinking skills
  • High level of
    attention to detail and professional skepticism
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Good communication skills, both
    written and verbal
  • Ability to work effectively in a
    team-based and client-oriented environment
  • Knowledge of
    Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK)
    and regulations is an advantage
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
  • Willingness to work in a
    fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
