Flow Force Indonesia has experience in the field of Manufacturing and Supply of Bulk Material Handling Equipment and Specialised Equipment.

We can support: Dust Collectors, Silo Filter Sky Series, Blowers, Explosion Vents, Bulk Handling Systems (Diverter Valves, Rotary Valves), Magnetic Separators (Magnet Bars, Magnet Gratings), Dosing Pumps/Vacuum Pumps, HEPA Filters, Homogenisers, Vibro Separators.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Seorang Teknisi Mekanik bertanggung jawab untuk memastikan instalasi, pemeliharaan, dan perbaikan yang efisien dari peralatan penanganan material curah industri dan peralatan berputar (rotating equipment) seperti kipas sentrifugal, blower, dan katup putar (rotary valves) di lokasi klien. Melakukan inspeksi rutin, pemeliharaan preventif, dan troubleshooting untuk mengidentifikasi potensi kegagalan atau kerusakan pada mesin Melaksanakan perbaikan darurat dan penggantian komponen (misalnya, gearbox, v-belt, bearing, seal) di lapangan. Membaca dan menginterpretasikan gambar teknik mekanis, diagram hidrolik, dan spesifikasi peralatan untuk panduan kerja. Memastikan semua pekerjaan instalasi dan pemeliharaan mematuhi standar keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3/HSE) yang ketat. Melakukan precision laser alignment untuk memastikan peralatan berputar berfungsi optimal. Berkoordinasi dengan tim teknik dan manajemen proyek untuk penyelesaian pekerjaan yang tepat waktu dan pelaporan status pekerjaan yang akurat.

1. Pendidikan: Minimal lulusan Diploma SMK/D3 jurusan Teknik Mesin.

  1. Pengalaman kerja minimal 3 - 5 tahun sebagai teknisi mekanik, diutamakan dalam industri yang menggunakan peralatan berat atau material handling system. Pengalaman langsung dengan perbaikan dan pemeliharaan peralatan berputar (rotating equipment) seperti pompa, kompresor, kipas industri, dan gearbox. Kemampuan membaca dan memahami skema/gambar Teknik. Familiar dengan berbagai alat bengkel (mesin bubut, gerinda, dll.) dan alat ukur presisi. Pengetahuan dasar tentang kontrol kelistrikan dan instrumentasi untuk troubleshooting awal sangat diapresiasi.

  2. Kemampuan analitis dan pemecahan masalah yang kuat.

4. Kemampuan untuk bekerja secara mandiri dengan pengawasan minimal dan dalam tim, komunikatif

5. Mempunyai sertifikat keahlian yang mendukung seperti K3 atau kompetensi teknisi.

6. Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan.
