Role Summary:
As the Supervisor for Metal Accounting & Tank House System, your role revolves around providing technical support to the Electro Refinery's Tank House. You'll oversee the electrolysis process, conduct in-depth machine performance analysis, and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Processes. Your influence will extend to condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, and facilitating technical training for enhanced productivity and plant availability.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise electrolysis processes in the Tank House, ensuring high-quality metal production and adherence to SOPs.
  • Analyze product quality, identify variances, and supervise rectification to minimize rejections and achieve production targets.
  • Oversee metal recovery, accounting, and balancing processes to prevent precious metal loss during electrolysis.
  • Conduct detailed inspections and analysis of machine performance, initiating maintenance plans and root cause analysis for deviations.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for process improvement projects focusing on safety, sustainability, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Diploma in Chemical/Metallurgy/Process Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years (for B.Tech) or 8 years (for Diploma Eng) experience in Electro Refinery Operations/process plants, with leadership responsibilities.
  • Expertise in operations of process plants, maintenance practices, and quality systems.
