Role Overview:
As the Senior Supervisor PMR - MIS & Technical, you will spearhead technical support for engineering and operations at our Precious Metal Refinery. Your responsibilities include in-depth analysis of machine performance, driving predictive maintenance, and overseeing technical training to optimize productivity and plant availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for production planning to achieve budgeted production numbers, ensuring product quality compliance and minimizing rejections.
• Lead the implementation of SOPs, resource optimization, and compliance with statutory safety, health, and environment norms.
• Motivate and continuously train the PMR technical services team to ensure performance excellence.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate in Chemical, Mineral Processing, or Metallurgical Engineering.
• Experience: 10+ years of supervisory or managerial experience in process plants, with strong leadership skills.
• Competencies: Extensive knowledge of process plant operations, maintenance practices, and quality systems.
