Chief Accounting

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Chief Accounting to lead our hotel's finance and accounting operations. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily financial activities including transaction recording, reporting, and budget control.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of all financial transactions with company policies and accounting standards.
• Prepare timely monthly and annual financial statements.
• Manage bank, AP/AR, and other account reconciliations.
• Verify payments, petty cash, and daily transactions from all departments.
• Maintain effective internal control systems.
• Ensure timely tax reporting and compliance.
• Lead and develop the accounting team to work efficiently and in line with SOPs.
• Coordinate with other departments for internal and external audit needs.
• Provide financial reports, cost analysis, and recommendations to management.
• Oversee the use of VHP System, including implementation, troubleshooting, and basic training for the accounting team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Chief Accounting or Assistant Chief Accounting in the hospitality industry.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in VHP System (Visual Hotel Program) and data analysis.
• Solid knowledge of hotel accounting, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Able to prepare complete financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).
• Detail-oriented, high integrity, and able to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership and cross-department coordination skills.
• Results-driven and efficiency-oriented.
