Teacher's Role

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans
  • Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
  • Promote social, emotional, and cognitive development
  • Conduct observation and create learning story protocols
  • Collaborate with parents and staff to support each child's growth
  • Maintain a safe and organized classroom

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • Passion for working with children
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creativity and adaptability
  • Prior (2-years) teaching experience is a plus

Teacher's Assistant Role

Responsibilities:

  • Support the lead teacher in preparing and organizing classroom materials and activities.
  • Assist in supervising children during lessons, playtime, and outdoor activities.
  • Help create a safe, clean, and welcoming learning environment.
  • Encourage positive behavior, cooperation, and respect among children.
  • Assist with documentation
  • Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and parents when needed.
  • Participate in planning and implementing creative projects and enrichment activities

Requirements:

  • Qualification/Experience in Early Childhood Education/Visual Arts field preferred
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Able to both speak and write English
  • Attention to detail & quick response to ensure children's safety
  • Love to learn with children

We are looking for a Daycare Specialist to join our team.

This role is for someone who values child-led learning, observes with intention, and supports children's emotional and social development in a warm, respectful environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Care for and guide children throughout daily daycare routines
  • Foster a nurturing, warm, and inclusive environment
  • Support children's social and emotional development through gentle guidance

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the daycare environment
  • Observe children's behavior and development to support their individual needs
