Corporate Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new merchants in categories such as Health, Beauty Clinics, and Fitness Centers.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process — from prospecting, pitching, negotiating, to closing deals.
- Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with business owners to ensure satisfaction and engagement.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and after-sales support to maximize merchant retention.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and merchant data using internal systems.
- Represent Grab professionally and ensure positive brand perception in every merchant interaction.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum D3 (Diploma) from any major.
- Minimum 6 months – 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (field sales preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, able to build rapport easily with business owners.
- Results-oriented and motivated to achieve or exceed acquisition targets.
- Willing to work in the field (80% mobility).
- Owns a personal vehicle (motorcycle) and holds an active driver's license (SIM C).
- Proficient in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace for documentation and reporting.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience in onboarding or managing merchants for digital platforms (e.g., Gojek, ShopeeFood, Traveloka, Fave, etc.).
- Understanding of SME operations in beauty, wellness, or fitness industries.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or sales tracking systems.
