He serves as the critical link between project management, engineering teams, and on-site execution, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with all technical specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.QualificationsBachelor Degree in EngineeringAt least seven (15) years' experience in Floaters and Offshore Oil and Gas or FLNG projectsExperience of at least two Floater projects or one FLNG projectTo be able to deal with EPCIC contractual knowledge and tactful with various entity who have different focus and priorities, both internal & external parties.Strong understanding of EPCIC workflows and offshore construction practices.Familiar working with China Contractor methodology.Indonesian citizenship --> want to be placed in Shanghai, China
