Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Student Advisor located in Denpasar. The Student Advisor will provide guidance and support to students in achieving their academic and personal goals. Responsibilities include conducting student counseling sessions, offering tailored educational advice, addressing student inquiries, assisting with course selection, and ensuring a positive learning experience. The advisor will also foster strong communication and relationships with students and parents.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals
• Experience in student counseling and providing educational guidance
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Background in education and an understanding of learning processes
• Customer service experience with a focus on assisting and supporting individuals
• Ability to work on-site in Denpasar and collaborate within a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in English is highly desirable
