Supervisor, Payroll Services
. Reporting to the Manager, Payroll Services. This position is based in Indonesia allowing you to make a significant impact to our Service and Delivery team and its' growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise payroll team and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for all clients.
- Maintain compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Develop and monitor KPIs such as 100% payroll accuracy and adherence to SLAs.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance reviews for team members.
- Manage client relationships, resolve escalations, and ensure high service standards.
- Ensure strict confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support audits and reporting requirements.
- Maintain and update payroll procedures and documentation
- Handle and resolve payroll issues and discrepancies
- Support the team in troubleshooting and answering payroll-related queries
- Act as the main contact for client and employee payroll complaints

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; able to manage and analyze payroll data effectively.
- Technologically literate and able to quickly adapt to software/tools.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Reliable, accurate, able to work independently, and get things done
Relevant Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years' work experiences as Payroll Team Leader/Supervisor, preferably in a client-facing or consulting environment.
Education and Professional Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Having Brevet A and B Tax Certifications is preferred.
