Key Responsibilities1. Office & Facility Management

  • Monitor and maintain office facilities, utilities, and workspaces.
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and service schedules with vendors.
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of office environment.
  • Manage building access, parking, and security arrangements.

2. Asset & Inventory Management

  • Handle the distribution, tracking, and return of company assets (laptops, ID cards, tools, etc.).
  • Maintain up-to-date asset inventory records.
  • Coordinate asset procurement, disposal, and repair processes.

3. Vendor & Procurement Coordination

  • Source, compare, and negotiate with suppliers for office needs (stationery, pantry, equipment, etc.).
  • Process purchase requests, quotations, and purchase orders.
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely delivery of goods/services.

4. Administrative Support

  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and pantry inventory.
  • Handle travel arrangements (transportation, hotel booking, etc.) for employees if required.
  • Support company events, meetings, and employee activities.

5. Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain GA documentation such as contracts, service agreements, maintenance records, and permits.
  • Support audit processes, building regulation compliance, and company SOP implementation.
