About the role

We are a dynamic recruitment consulting firm based in Singapore dedicated to connecting top talent with leading companies. As we continue to grow here in Indonesia,  we are looking for passionate and driven individuals to join our team as Recruitment Consultant. You will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent for our diverse range of clients across Jakarta. This is a full-time position based in our office in South Jakarta.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement.
  • Support Business Development effort, helping to identify and grow new client partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
  • Provide consultative advice to clients on hiring trends and market insights.
  • Continuously researching the job market to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Achieving and exceeding individual and team recruitment targets.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or any related field
  • Min 2+ years of working experience ideally in recruitment, sales, business development or client management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving target
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Fluency in English, Mandarin will be a plus
  • Having prior headhunting or recruitment agency background is a plus point
