About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Staff Marketing (Property) to join our team at Marvell City in Surabaya, East Java. As a member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales and promotion of our apartement properties. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our apartement property offerings
  2. Generating high-quality leads and nurturing prospective customers through various marketing channels
  3. Collaborating with the sales team to convert leads into successful property sales
  4. Analysing market trends and customer data to identify new opportunities and refine marketing campaigns
  5. Creating and distributing engaging marketing materials, such as brochures, advertisements, and digital content
  6. Organising and participating in property events, exhibitions, and open houses to showcase our developments
  7. Providing excellent customer service and support to potential and existing clients

What we're looking for

  1. Relevant experience in real estate or property marketing, preferably in the apartement sector
  2. Strong understanding of the local real estate market and the ability to identify and capitalise on emerging trends
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with a diverse range of clients
  4. Demonstrated success in lead generation, sales conversion, and customer relationship management
  5. Proficient in using marketing tools, such as CRM systems, social media platforms, and digital advertising
  6. A creative and analytical mindset, with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns
  7. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
