MAIN OBJECTIVE

To ensure that all estimator outputs (roofing quotes, plumbing quotes, drainage measurements, multi- and single-dwelling estimations, and PSP scopes) consistently meet zero-mistake quality standards, comply with allowable revision thresholds, and are delivered on time. The QA/QC role enforces discipline, detects potential errors before they occur, and drives a quality culture that minimizes rework and protects project profitability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. QA/QC System for Estimation Workflows

  • Establish and maintain SOPs for all SPDR estimation streams: roofing, plumbing, drainage, PSP, and single/multi dwelling quoting.
  • Define quality gates aligned with KPI thresholds (e.g., max 1 revision for single dwelling quoting; zero error for drainage measurement review).
  • Build and update QA checklists for each estimation category.
  • Enforce version control to prevent estimator overwriting errors.

2. Accuracy Control for Roofing, Plumbing, and Drainage Estimations

  • Validate quantities, formulas, assumptions, and pricing logic before the estimator's output is released.
  • Ensure quotes meet zero-error standards for:
  • roofing quotes (single & multi dwelling)
  • plumbing quotes
  • PSP jobs
  • drainage preparation
  • drainage measurement
  • Check that every estimator output complies with project scope, drawings, and measurement methodology.

3. Revision & Error Prevention Management

  • Monitor and enforce revision limits
  • Conduct root cause analysis for every revision triggered.
  • Create preventive systems to avoid repetition of errors: templates, standardized measurement guidelines, macro checks, red-flag indicators.

4. On-Time Delivery Assurance

  • Track estimator deliverable deadlines for roofing, plumbing, drainage, PSP, and multi/single dwelling quotes.
  • Implement a QA/QC review cycle that guarantees on-time delivery without compromising accuracy.
  • Coordinate with estimator leads to manage workload peaks and prevent bottlenecks.

5. Documentation, Reporting & Quality Governance

  • Maintain estimator-quality performance logs by project type (single dwelling, multi dwelling, drainage, roofing, plumbing, PSP).
  • Report QA/QC issue weekly and monthly
  • Recommend targeted training based on error patterns.

6. Internal Coordination and Enforcement

  • Act as final quality gate before outputs reach Project Coordinator or client.
  • Communicate corrections with firmness—no compromise on zero-error items.
  • Challenge estimator assumptions when quantities, measurements, or cost logic are questionable.
  • Escalate repeated violations of SOP or KPI thresholds.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or MEP.
  • Minimum 3 years in estimation/QS/QA-QC for residential or multi-dwelling projects.
  • Strong understanding of roofing, plumbing, drainage systems, PSP, and measurement standards.
  • Proven experience validating BOQ, QTO, quotes, and measurement sheets.
  • Proficient in Planswift or equivalent take-off tools.
  • Strong English comprehension for technical drawings and documents.
  • Highly analytical with zero-tolerance mindset for errors and miscalculations.
  • Able to enforce standards, press for accuracy, and challenge estimator assumptions.
  • Based near Surabaya and available to join immediately is preferred.
