Job Description:

  • Provide first hand resolution to English 1 Staff inquiries on English 1 Systems submitted through Help Centre
  • Provide business systems support for all English 1 Kids & Teens Schools, including data collection, problem solving, systems training and testing.
  • Redirect or escalate problems to appropriate teams, such as product or engineering, when necessary
  • Track and manage requests and issues, documenting resolutions in Jira and Salesforce
  • Assess whether issues are covered in the existing knowledge base/training materials, and if not create a new documentation, video tutorial or request additional support material
  • Maintain sales price and promotions in Salesforce
  • Provide support on user account changes in Salesforce
  • Provide monthly report on administrative and technical support request
  • Assisting the department with other administrative tasks if necessary

Requirements:

  • Experience at the relevant role at least 1 year
  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT, administration, accounting, or any field
  • Experience in administrative tasks (data recording, reporting, and distribution)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Office
  • Adherence to all principles of confidentiality
  • Ability to show initiatives, good business judgment, and resourcefulness
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Proficient in Ms Office
