• Kemampuan problem solving yang baik dan kreatif dalam menangani tantangan .


• Teliti, jujur dan komunikatif .


• Memiliki kemampuan leadership yang kuat .


• Pernah mengikuti pelatihan K3 Konstruksi .


• Mempunyai pengetahuan mendalam mengenai proses konstruksi beserta peralatan konstruksi dan material konstruksi .


•  Pengalaman di Perusahaan kolam renang adalah nilai lebih .

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab


• Menguasai manajemen proyek .


• Membuat laporan budget dan manajemen sumber daya yang dikelola  .


• Bertanggung jawab atas keselamatan dan kepatuhan di lapangan (proyek) .


• Melakukan koordinasi dan komunikasi ke semua pihak terkait .


• Memonitor kualitas pekerjaan agar sesuai dengan standar Perusahaan .


• Mengidentifikasi masalah yang potensial di lapangan dan secara proaktif mencari solusi agar proyek berjalan sesuai deadline .


• Memastikan tagihan progres pekerjaan kepada Owner telah direalisasikan oleh bagian keuangan .
