Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Aftersales Manager located in Depok. The Aftersales Manager will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction, managing aftersales service activities, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The role also involves analyzing sales data, developing strategies to improve aftersales processes, and collaborating with other departments to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Proficiency in Aftersales management and processes
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess and improve aftersales activities
• Proven experience in Sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the automotive or retail industry is a plus
