Key Responsibilities (Job Desk):

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in international and domestic markets (film studios, ad agencies, brands, content creators, etc.).
  • Develop and execute outbound sales strategies via email, LinkedIn, networking, film industry events, etc.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.

Client Management

  • Understand client requirements and align our services and facilities accordingly.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for potential clients throughout the sales cycle.
  • Coordinate with Producers to ensure a seamless handover.

Sales Operations

  • Develop and manage a CRM/database of leads, prospects, and clients.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Stay updated with global film industry trends, competitors, and potential new market segments.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in B2B sales — ideally in media, film, or production services & soundstage rentals.

Strong understanding of the film production process and terminology.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in English (Indonesian is a plus).
  • Understanding of competing country shooting incentives.
  • Understanding digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta, SEO) and/or similar professional tools.
