Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum education of a Bachelor's or Diploma degree (S1/D3) in any Engineering discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in construction and SPAM (Drinking Water Supply System) operations, including familiarity with HSE requirements and implementation.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Develop, control, and implement HSE (K3L) programs across Construction and Operational activities.
  • Conduct hazard identification, risk assessment, and risk control (HIRADC) in all work areas, and ensure the availability of emergency response facilities and safety equipment in accordance with applicable standards.
  • Assist management in promoting and driving HSE culture, ensuring that HSE programs are implemented effectively and efficiently.
  • Prepare the schedule and conduct meetings of the Occupational Safety and Health Committee (P2K3).
  • Prepare, review, and coordinate HSE reports, including contractor HSE reports and operational HSE reports.
  • Coordinate and support the preparation of general safety training, particularly those related to construction work such as confined space entry, risk assessment, manual handling, construction work safety, and fire-fighting training.
  • Ensure periodic implementation of the SMK3 (OHS Management System) internal audit, and ensure effective follow-up actions are completed in accordance with audit findings.
