JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responding to complaints addressed to the Engineering Department and ensuring complaints have been handled
  • Distributing Work Order (WO) to Engineering Team
  • Reviewing drawings (design from Fit Out & As-built drawings from Tenants)
  • Supervise for testing according to ME building standards by Contractor
  • Checking the handover units
  • Document control, including MEP documents

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • The candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electronic or Mechanical Engineering
  • A fresh graduate or at least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Able to use AutoCAD (drawing 2D/3D) and able to read drawing MEP
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team environment
