Kualifikasi Minimum

  • Pendidikan S1 Ilmu Komputer, Data Science, AI, atau jurusan relevan dengan pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang AI, ML, atau NLP development.
  • Menguasai Python dan library terkait (FastAPI, PyTorch/TensorFlow, Transformers, SentenceTransformers).
  • Memahami algoritma ML dasar (classification, regression, clustering, embeddings).
  • Pengalaman menggunakan LLM API (OpenAI, Anthropic, Ollama, dll).
  • Familiar dengan vector DB (pgvector, FAISS, Chroma).
  • Mampu membuat API AI service (FastAPI).
  • Paham DevOps dasar: Docker, version control, environment isolation.
  • Bisa bekerja kolaboratif lintas divisi (produk, backend, infra).

Tanggung Jawab Utama

  • Membangun dan mengelola pipeline AI/ML end-to-end: data ingestion → preprocessing → model training/inference → evaluasi.
  • Mengintegrasikan Large Language Models (LLM) ke sistem internal via API (OpenAI, Anthropic, Ollama, HuggingFace).
  • Mengembangkan retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) dan context-aware reasoning system untuk aplikasi internal.
  • Mendesain arsitektur AI modular agar bisa dikembangkan ke arah Agentic AI (planner–executor loop, feedback mechanism).
  • Menerapkan embeddings & vector database (pgvector / Chroma / FAISS) untuk pencarian semantik dan memori AI.
  • Membuat dan mengoptimalkan prompt templates & reasoning chains untuk berbagai use case (ops, HR, CS, finance).
  • Mengelola deployment model menggunakan Docker, GPU instance, atau cloud service (GCP/AWS/Vultr).
  • Monitoring performa model dan melakukan tuning/optimasi bila perlu.

Nilai Tambah (Nice to Have)

  • Pengalaman dengan framework LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, LlamaIndex.
  • Pernah membuat chatbot / autonomous agent / recommendation system.
  • Mengerti MLOps / LLMOps dan evaluasi model AI (success rate, hallucination, token usage).
  • Pernah mengelola atau deploy local model (Ollama / HuggingFace) di server pribadi.
  • Punya sense of product — bisa terjemahkan kebutuhan bisnis jadi sistem AI yang konkret
