Role Description

This is a contract-based, on-site role located in Bali, Indonesia. As the Executive Housekeeper, you will oversee and manage all housekeeping operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, orderliness, and aesthetics throughout the resort. Responsibilities include managing the housekeeping and laundry team, developing and implementing training programs, addressing guest requests and concerns, and maintaining inventory and budgets to ensure operational efficiency. You will also collaborate closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Qualifications

  • Experience with managing housekeeping and laundry operations effectively
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to address guest needs promptly and professionally
  • Proficient organizational skills to manage schedules, inventory, and staff assignments efficiently
  • Capability to develop and implement staff training programs to uphold quality and service standards
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness and guest satisfaction
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury or resort setting, is an advantage
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial
  • Leadership skills to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively
