Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Guest Service Agent for a full-time, on-site role located in East Java, Indonesia. The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for delivering outstanding guest experiences by assisting with inquiries, managing reservations, ensuring seamless check-ins and check-outs, and addressing any guest concerns or requests. The role will involve coordinating with various departments to maintain high-service standards and contributing to guest satisfaction. The Guest Service Agent will also play a part in promoting the property's unique experiences and offerings.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent problem-solving ability, and a professional demeanor when addressing guest inquiries and managing concerns.
  • Operational Tasks: Proficiency in handling reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and managing administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Team Coordination: Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to enhance the guest experience and ensure smooth operations.
  • Cultural Awareness: An understanding of Indonesian culture and heritage and the ability to communicate its importance to guests.
  • Flexible Work Approach: Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required in the hospitality industry.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or a customer-facing role is strongly preferred.
  • Educational background in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is desirable.
