Sales and Marketing Associate bekerja untuk mendatangkan developer dan customer yang membeli pembelajaran online khususnya produk retail Dicoding melalui berbagai kanal.

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:

- Strategi dan Perencanaan

  • Membuat draft kebutuhan marketing retail Dicoding serta eksekusinya.
  • Mengikuti perkembangan pasar dan tren industri untuk mengidentifikasi peluang baru.

- Negosiasi & Penjualan

  • Melakukan presentasi produk/layanan kepada kampus atau klien potensial.
  • Melakukan proses negosiasi hingga tercapai kesepakatan.

- Pelaporan dan Administrasi

  • Mengolah data customer dan penjualan menggunakan spreadsheet (Excel/Google Sheet).
  • Melakukan penerbitan invoice untuk kebutuhan retail Dicoding.
  • Pencatatan administrasi dan tugas admin sales.
  • Segala operasional end-to-end lain sesuai lingkup pekerjaan.

- Manajemen Hubungan Pelanggan

  • Membalas pertanyaan dari customer/calon customer.
  • Follow-up pembayaran melalui telepon serta kanal lain.
  • After service pelanggan (memastikan pelanggan puas, mengurus pengiriman produk, dsb)

Persyaratan Utama:

  • Minimal S1, diutamakan lulusan Manajemen atau Administrasi Bisnis.
  • Ahli pengolahan data dan pelaporan menggunakan spreadsheet (Excel/Google Sheet), dalam proses perekrutan ini akan ada tes praktek excel.
  • Minimal 1 tahun pengalaman kerja di posisi atau jobdesk yang sama.
  • Tech-savvy
    .

  • Nilai plus jika memiliki pengalaman di bidang
