About the Role

Jobseeker Company is on a mission to empower job seekers through innovative digital solutions. We are looking for a Product Owner to take ownership of one of our products. You will be the bridge between business goals and technical execution, driving the development of our product in a fast-paced agile environment.

This role is onsite in South Jakarta. Reporting to Head of Product, you will be working closely with a cross-functional team including UI/UX Designers, Project Manager, and Engineers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Own and manage the product backlog
  2. Translate product vision and roadmap into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  3. Prioritize backlog items based on business value, user needs, and technical feasibility.
  4. Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review sessions within the Scrum framework.
  5. Collaborate closely with UI/UX Designers, Project Manager, and Engineering team to deliver high-quality product experiences.
  6. Serve as the voice of the user – gather and integrate feedback from stakeholders and real users.
  7. Monitor KPIs and app performance to identify improvement areas and opportunities.
  8. Work with the Head of Product to align execution with the overall product strategy.

Requirements

Must-Have:

  1. 2–3 years of experience as a Product Owner in HR product or in a similar role.
  2. Hands-on experience managing mobile application development (Android/iOS).
  3. Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodology.
  4. Proven experience writing clear user stories, managing backlogs, and facilitating sprint ceremonies.
  5. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  7. Comfortable working onsite in Jakarta.
