We are seeking a highly motivated Receptionist to join our team.

Receptionist is responsible for greets members, handles administrative duties like membership processing and phone calls, provides information about gym services, manages the reception area, resolves member issues, and assists with sales. The role requires strong customer service and communication skills, the ability to multitask, and proficiency in basic computer skills for tasks such as managing member accounts and processing payments

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service & Greeting: Welcome members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Membership Management: Process new memberships, renewals, and cancellations, and handle payments accurately.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls and emails, provide information, and relay messages between members and staff.
  • Scheduling: Assist with scheduling personal training sessions and gym classes.
  • Front Desk Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
  • Sales Support: Provide tours of the facility and information on services to potential members, assisting with enrollment.
  • Problem Resolution: Address member concerns and issues professionally.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of member information, attendance, and financial transactions.
  • Facility Access: Monitor gym access to ensure only current members enter the facilities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years experiences in the same position (Preferably have experience in the same industry)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse range of people
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Domiciled in Bali
