Spare Parts Manager

Chery Indonesia is the local subsidiary of Chery Automobile Co., Ltd., a leading Chinese automotive company specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of passenger vehicles.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all spare part management activities, from storage, stock-taking, to sales request handling with dealers.
- Conduct regular analysis and forecasting of spare part demand, purchase plans, and classification (fast, slow, dead stock).
- Manage import processes in collaboration with related teams, ensuring compliance with customs and tax regulations.
- Supervise warehouse operations and team performance to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely service.
- Work closely with warehouse and spare part teams to strengthen part brand image and operational excellence.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of supervisor experience or 3 years of manager experience in spare part management or warehouse operations, within the automotive or related industry.
- Strong understanding of customs, import duties, taxation, and SNI regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, having experience using SAP or WEMS would be a plus.
- Fluent in Indonesian and English; Mandarin is a strong advantage.
- Strong leadership with the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
