  • Memimpin, memotivasi, dan mengembangkan tim telesales agar mencapai target harian dan bulanan.
  • Terampil dalam teknik komunikasi persuasif, handling objection, dan pendekatan customer-centric untuk kebutuhan finansial.
  • Membaca data kinerja tim, memahami tren leads, dan mengidentifikasi area untuk optimalisasi.
  • Memberikan pelatihan dan melakukan evaluasi kualitas call/touchpoint dengan seller/buyer.
  • Responsif dalam menyelesaikan kendala teknis dan operasional yang tim hadapi secara cepat dan efisien.
  • Menguasai penggunaan sistem CRM, Google Workspace, dan tools operasional lainnya (dashboard monitoring, tracker, lead assignmentsystem, dll).
  • Berkoordinasi lintas fungsi, termasuk dengan tim Sales Partner, Supply Channel, dan Financing/Onboarding.
  • Memimpin dan mengelola team serta bertanggungjawab dalam pencapaian target penjualan team.
  • Membangun team, menyusun workflow dan SOP kerja.
  • Mengidentifikasi peluang pasar baru dan menciptakan strategi untuk meningkatkan pendapatan.

Persyaratan

  • Minimal 1 tahun pengalaman sebagai Supervisor/Team Leader di tim multifinance, kredit mobil, dan refinancing mobil atau inside sales.
  • Minimal 3 tahun pengalaman kerja di bidang telesales, telemarketing, atau customer acquisition.
  • Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman di Industri otomotif digital, fintech, leasing, atau classified marketplace.
  • Bersedia bekerja dengan target yang ketat dan ritme kerja cepat.
  • Memiliki kemampuan adaptasi tinggi dalam menghadapi perubahan strategi dan model bisnis (terutama dalam program pembiayaankendaraan).
  • Memiliki pengetahuan dasar tentang proses pembiayaan/kredit kendaraan (leasing, DP, tenor, approval flow).
  • Memahami etika dan kepatuhan dalam interaksi dengan calon seller dan buyer, khususnya dalam konteks perantara pembiayaan.
