About the role

As the Finance Manager at PT Duniatex Group, you will play a key role in maintaining the financial health and stability of this leading textile manufacturing company. This is a full-time position based in Surakarta, Central Java, offering excellent opportunities for professional growth and development.

What you'll be doing

  1. Overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis
  2. Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal control procedures
  3. Providing strategic financial advice to senior management to support business decision-making
  4. Managing the finance team and mentoring more junior staff members
  5. Identifying cost-saving opportunities and driving continuous improvements in financial processes
  6. Liaising with external stakeholders such as auditors, banks and tax authorities

What we're looking for

  1. 5+ years of experience in a finance management role, preferably in the textile or manufacturing industry
  2. Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and financial regulations
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
  4. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of finance professionals
  5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
  6. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a professional accounting qualification (e.g. CPA, ACCA) preferred
