Job Description:

  • Lead Re-Implementation & Training: manage the complete re-onboarding process for Mekari Jurnal's cloud accounting platform, guiding existing and returning clients through end-to-end system re-implementation and user re-training.
  • Customized Client Training: design and deliver engaging, tailored training sessions covering Jurnal's key features—such as automated bookkeeping, financial reporting, inventory and warehouse management, expense tracking, budgeting, and real-time dashboard analytics.
  • Client Engagement: conduct regular business reviews to capture evolving requirements and ensure Jurnal's configuration remains aligned with clients' accounting workflows, compliance needs, and operational goals.
  • Consultative Support: provide best-practice guidance on using Jurnal's tools (e.g., automated bank reconciliation, multi-branch financial consolidation, invoice and billing automation, and API integrations) to maximize efficiency and accuracy.
  • Issue Resolution: troubleshoot client issues related to accounting modules, integrations, or reporting, and coordinate with internal teams to implement effective solutions.
  • Data Analysis: analyze client usage patterns and financial data to identify process gaps, training needs, and opportunities for optimization.
  • System Configuration: configure Mekari Jurnal accounts, roles, and permissions to meet specific client requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing business systems and third-party applications.
  • Administrative Tasks: prepare weekly progress reports detailing training outcomes, implementation milestones, and client satisfaction metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any major.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in training, customer success, after-sales, or a related role (e.g., technical support, implementation) within a SaaS or technology company—experience with accounting or finance software is a strong plus.
  • Basic accounting knowledge is required; experience using any accounting system is highly valued (familiarity with Mekari Jurnal is an added advantage).
  • Strong instructional design, facilitation, and analytical skills; able to adapt content to diverse learning styles and client needs.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and interpreting financial data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage finance teams, operations staff, and management.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with cloud accounting or ERP platforms and financial reporting tools.
  • Proficiency with productivity and web-presentation tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • English proficiency is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, tax compliance, or financial best practices is advantageous.
  • Experience with Mekari Jurnal or similar cloud accounting/ERP solutions is preferred.
