Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Executive Vice President of Supply Chain. The EVP of Supply Chain will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of supply chain operations including demand planning, procurement, logistics management, and inventory control. The role involves leading strategic initiatives, building effective processes, ensuring efficient supply chain performance, and collaborating with diverse teams to align supply chain functions with the organization's overall objectives. The candidate should be skilled in identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing transformative solutions to drive operational and cost efficiencies.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Demand Planning and Supply Chain Management to forecast, plan, and coordinate end-to-end operational efficiencies.
  • Proficiency in Procurement and Logistics Management to optimize resources, streamline sourcing processes, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Strong capabilities in Inventory Management to maintain cost-effective stock levels and avoid disruptions in supply chain operations.
  • Proven leadership and strategic planning skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights for operational improvements.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
