We are hiring a
Data Analyst (Jakarta)
to analyze multi-market beauty data and design decision intelligence workflows for the AI era.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, structure, and maintain product, price, sales, and review data across
    30+ beauty marketplaces globally
  • Analyze large-scale datasets to identify
    market, category, and brand trends
  • Design and operate
    AI-based text analysis workflows
    (e.g., review tagging, keyword extraction, product attribute mapping)
  • Build and improve
    data quality assurance processes
    , including accuracy, consistency, and de-duplication checks

Requirements

  • Strong interest in exploring
    large-scale datasets
    and uncovering meaningful
    patterns and signals
  • Experience or strong interest in
    AI/Agent-based text or language processing
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel / Numbers
  • Multilingual ability
    (Chinese / English / Korean preferred)
  • Understanding of the
    cosmetics or beauty market
    is a plus
  • Self-driven mindset with the ability to
    take initiative and execute
  • Experience working in
    team-based project environments
    preferred
  • Experience with
    Python / Databases
    is a plus
