Job Overview

The Compensation & Benefit Senior Officer is responsible for managing and executing all activities related to employee compensation and benefits to ensure internal equity, market competitiveness, and compliance with company policies and labor regulations. This role plays an important part in implementing and improving C&B strategies that support business objectives and enhance employee satisfaction and retention.


Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and administer the company's compensation and benefits programs in line with organizational goals and budget.
  • Conduct regular salary benchmarking, market analysis, and job evaluations to maintain competitive pay structures.
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
  • Monitor and administer employee benefits programs including BPJS, insurance, allowances, bonuses, and incentives.
  • Provide data analysis and recommendations to support annual salary review, promotion, and bonus allocation processes.
  • Collaborate with Finance and HR teams to ensure alignment between compensation strategy and financial planning.
  • Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations, and internal HR policies.
  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics related to compensation, turnover, and benefits utilization to support management decisions.
  • Support the HR Manager in initiatives related to total rewards, employee engagement, and cost optimization.
  • Maintain high confidentiality and accuracy in all compensation and payroll-related processes.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Human Resources Management, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, particularly in Compensation & Benefits or Payroll functions.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of compensation structure, benefits administration, and payroll management.
  • Solid understanding of Indonesian labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory compliance (BPJS, PPh 21, etc.).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS/payroll systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions.
