Deliveree is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Finance Associate with minimum 5 years of experience in Tax and accounting.

As a Senior Account & Tax Specialist, you will be responsible for managing to minimize tax income and outcome, lialise to Tax Government, and also accountinga and reporting for the Indonesia business, monitoring and problem solving all issues related to accounts receivables, ensuring all queries directed to the finance team from internal or external parties are resolved promptly and ensuring all regular processes within the finance team are executed quickly, efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
• Record journal entries for accruals, adjustments, and corrections.
• Ensure timely submission of statutory reports to management, regulators, and external stakeholders.
• Prepare audit schedules and coordinate with external and internal auditors.
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure all accounts are reconciled regularly and with proper sub-report.
• Monitor accounts payable aging and manage cash flow planning related to payments.
• Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Review, verify, and record vendor invoices in compliance with company policies.
• Assist the regional finance team with ad hoc reports.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Support cross-functional teams (operations, HR, sales) with financial information.
• Familiar use xero financial application.
• Overview Daily Operation and Execute Accounting Transactions
• Tax Reporting (PPh 23, PPh 4(2), PPN, PPh Badan 25/29)
• Verify tax invoice, SSP, SSPCP
• Assist Tax Auditor, Tax Consultant, and External Auditor during their control and audit
• Prepare and ensure documentations in tax and accounting are properly maintained
• Provide Monthly Reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (Income Tax, VAT, monthly and annual tax reports)
• Able to prepare and submit tax reports accurately and on time
• Proficient in accounting software (XERO & MYOB)

Requirements:

• GPA 3.0 or higher with a degree in Accounting.
• Min 5 years of relevant work experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, with experience in monthly closing and Tax reconciliation.
• Experience in Accounting or Audit Firms is preferred but not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, xero financial software and other functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire for professional growth.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experienced in preparing financial statements and bookkeeping (journal entries, balance sheet, profit & loss)
• Experience in handling SP2DK, tax audits, or tax examinations is a advantage
