Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  1. Menjalankan seluruh aktivitas operasional pergudangan sesuai Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) yang berlaku.
  2. Mengelola layout gudang, space optimization, dan melakukan kontrol stok untuk menghindari selisih serta menganalisa dead-stock.
  3. Mengawasi kegiatan penerimaan dan pengiriman barang, termasuk koordinasi dengan vendor, supplier, dan pihak internal.
  4. Mengidentifikasi isu operasional dan menerapkan program perbaikan dengan kemampuan analitis dan problem-solving.
  5. Memastikan seluruh kegiatan logistik memenuhi standar HSEQ dan Halal yang berlaku.
  6. Menerapkan 5R (Ringkas, Rapi, Resik, Rawat, Rajin) dalam lingkungan kerja.
  7. Mengelola gudang RM, PM, FG dan memastikan integrasi proses logistik berjalan efektif.
  8. Membantu memastikan kebijakan dan SOP logistik perusahaan dijalankan oleh seluruh tim.

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan:

  1. Pendidikan minimal S1 Manajemen, Administrasi Bisnis, Teknik Industri, atau bidang terkait.
  2. Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai Logistic Manager atau 5 tahun sebagai Assistant Manager Logistic.
  3. Memiliki kemampuan Warehouse & Logistic Management.
  4. Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi yang baik.
  5. Excellent communication & interpersonal skill.
  6. Menguasai sistem ERP.
  7. Memiliki kemampuan analitis yang kuat.
  8. Mampu bekerja sama dan berkoordinasi dengan vendor, supplier, dan pihak internal.
  9. Memahami prinsip HSEQ & Halal serta penerapan 5R.
